《華爾街日報》報導，中國擬要求由7月1日起，所有出售的個人電腦，均需安裝封鎖某些網站的軟件。
報導指出，政府已通知全球的個人電腦製造商，但尚未向公眾發布消息。負責發展有關軟件的開發商稱，有關措施是希望保護青少年接觸“有害”的內容，如色情內容。
報導稱，專家分析涉及軟件，發現軟件可傳送個人資料，令電腦出現故障，甚至出現漏洞被黑客入侵。
惠普電腦發言人稱，他們與政府部門研究，最好的解決方法，但他們將集中注意力，令顧客滿意，並符合政府的要求。

According to news, government already announce to all computer distributers, but yet announce the detail to public. As the software developer mention, the parental control software aim to protect teenager access to "dangerous" content site, example is porn site.
After analysis the related software, discover that it may send out personal infomation, causing computer not response, even will allow hacker access in through bug.
HP computer provider said, they will research together with the government for the best solution: to fulfill government request, as the same time satisfy those consumers, is their main concerntration.
