Data File Check in Progress shown Outlook 2010

I am using Office365 and having Microsoft Outlook 2010 installed on a Windows 10 64 bit laptop. When open Microsoft Outlook 2010, the Data File Check in Progress gears show up in the bottom toolbar, and Microsoft Outlook becomes slow respond and sometime unresponsive.

I suspect the issue is that it have a 33 GB pst file and Outlook is having trouble reading the whole thing and fixing any errors. I'm trying to figure out how to cancel the data file check.

And here start.

After search online, found two suggestion,

deleting the outlook folder from C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook or delete all the files within that directory

repair one or more of the PST files to get your Outlook running smoothly again

And I choose second option as a safe option.

First step, completely close and exit Microsoft Outlook, and then I locate where Outlook pst file stored

Second steps, locate the Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 Inbox Repair Tool- SCANPST.exe

The SCANPST.exe file for Outlook 2010 is typically located in the following folder

c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14, or

c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office(x86)\Office14

then, double click to execute it

Click browse button to locate the Outlook pst file

When Inbox Repair Tool - SCANPST first initiate, it seem freeze and show not responding, be patient and wait on it

It having eight phase of checking pst file, and may take few hour depend on your pst file size. For my case, due to 33 GB file size, it take around 3 hours to complete checking

Once finnish checking pst file, result show total amount of my items and folders inside that pst file, as well as minor inconsistencies were found

I choose to repair using this tools, and backup existing pst file before perform repair. click browse button choose an backup location and backup name

When click repair button, program freeze again and not responding for a moment, be patient and wait for it.

For my case, it take another 3 hours to complete the repair action.

After both Ubuntu Web ISO and Rufus downloaded, proceed plug in USB flash drive into computer, it is recommended using 4GB flash drive and USB interface 2.0 and above, for fast data writing speed.

Pre-installed app, arrange in paging

Processor and bandwidth usage

simple file manager

all app installed and running, as Progressive Web App

When plug the USB flash drive into Windows 10, it shown multiple partition created for this Ubuntu Web live, inside single USB flash drive.

Below are steps using Windows Command - DISKPART, to remove all partitions, then create back a blank USB flash drive

Google Drive File Stream Trash automatic delete file after 30 days

If you had use Google Drive service in various device, will know that file deleted from local Google Drive in computer, still able restore back from trash section, when sign in to Google Drive web page . 

My drive trash remain kept file deleted since year 2017, as show below:

Recently Drive app pop up notification telling that, starting from 13 October 2020, item will be automatically deleted forever after they have been in your trash for 30 days. Meaning we only have period 30 days to retrieve file after it deleted from Google Drive.

As we know files inside trash consume part of our drive storage, benefit from this changes help us free up the storage space for future newly created or saved files.
